Women

Navigating womanhood in a contemporary world that pressures toward perfection is a subject worth exploring. My women bridge the gap between kinder, gentler times and a desire to fight for self. I am intrigued that the challenges of perfectionism of the mid 19th century housewife are somehow paralleled by the challenges of of being a woman in our culture of perfectionism today. Whether they be career women or stay at home moms my women are valuable, strong, capable and beautiful.
